This Privacy Policy explains how Enliven Wellness World ("Enlivio", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and services.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile details, wellness assessments, mood logs, and purchase history. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account. If you grant location access, we collect your device location to auto-fill delivery addresses. When you use the camera or photo library, media is uploaded to our servers for community posts or profile photos.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to personalize your wellness journey with tailored recommendations, process transactions and deliver products, send push notifications (mood reminders, affirmations, appointment alerts), provide AI-powered wellness support via our chat assistant, and improve the app experience through anonymous usage analytics.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Enlivio: • Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, file storage, and analytics • RevenueCat — Subscription management and purchase verification • Razorpay — Payment processing for product orders • Google Gemini AI — Powers our wellness chat assistant and daily affirmations Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment information is processed directly by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including role-based access control and secure authentication.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences at any time in Settings. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data through Settings > Delete Account. 6. Location Data
We request location access only when you use the 'Use My Location' feature to auto-fill your delivery address. Location data is not stored or tracked beyond this purpose. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Enlivio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us to have it removed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Enlivio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
