Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital content, subscription plans, and in-app features on Enlivio are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes monthly and annual subscription plans. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access to paid content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@enlivenwellnessworld.com and we will review your case.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Android: Google Play > Subscriptions > Enlivio > Cancel • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Enlivio > Cancel We do not process cancellations through in-app requests directly.

Physical Products

If you have purchased a physical wellness product through Enlivio, you may return it within 7 days of delivery provided: • The item is unused and in its original packaging • You have proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) • The item is not damaged due to misuse To initiate a return, email us at support@enlivenwellnessworld.com with your order ID and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Shipping Policy

Physical products are dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times: • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days • Express delivery: 2-3 business days (where available) Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Enlivio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email us at support@enlivenwellnessworld.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
