Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Enlivio app and services provided by Enliven Wellness World.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Enlivio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Enlivio is operated by Enliven Wellness World.
2. Content Ownership
All content provided through our services — including meditations, courses, healing tracks, and wellness programs — is the exclusive property of Enliven Wellness World and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or illegal content in the community. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. • Apple App Store: Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions • Google Play: Manage or cancel in Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices may change with notice. Refunds follow the respective app store's refund policy.
5. Product Purchases & Shipping
Physical products purchased through Enlivio are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Shipping rates vary by country. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. AI Wellness Assistant
Enlivio includes an AI-powered wellness chat assistant. AI responses are for general wellness support only and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services in your country.
7. Community Guidelines
Posts in the Enlivio community must be respectful and supportive. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community standards. Users can report inappropriate content, which will be reviewed by our moderation team.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile data, mood logs, and community posts will be permanently removed. Subscription data is managed by your app store and must be cancelled separately.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Enlivio provides wellness content for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition.
10. Limitation of Liability
Enliven Wellness World provides the App "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, India.
